This website describes what we manufacture. It is not a price list, and nothing on it is an offer to contract.

These terms govern your use of this website, and by using it you accept them. The site is operated by Plast Mac — factory & office, 10th of Ramadan City – Third Industrial Zone – A1/38/1/A.
Specifications
What the published figures mean
The capacities, tonnages, dimensions and process descriptions published here describe our plant in general terms, so that a buyer can judge whether we are a plausible supplier.
They are not a specification for your part. What a given component actually requires — tolerance, cycle time, material grade, finish, testing — is agreed in writing for that component. Where a figure here and a figure in a quotation differ, the quotation governs.
Contracting
Quotations and orders
A quotation is an invitation to do business rather than a binding offer, and is valid for the period stated on it. A contract exists when we accept your order in writing.
Tooling remains subject to the terms agreed for it, including who owns the mould and who is responsible for maintaining it — both stated in the quotation rather than assumed.
Rights
Intellectual property
- Ours The text, drawings, photographs and design of this site are ours and may not be reproduced without permission.
- Third parties Names and marks belonging to other companies remain theirs, and are used here to identify their products.
- Yours Drawings, models and specifications you send us stay yours. We use them to quote and to manufacture your part, we disclose them to nobody, and we will sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving them if you would rather have that in writing first.
Limits
Availability, accuracy and governing law
We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of error or uninterrupted, and we may change the content at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, as distinct from what we confirm to you in writing.
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
