The plating on plastic service, known as POP, was added in 2010 under the supervision of German companies specializing in plating, and the NEW PLAST factory was established with this function.

The plating capacity reaches 500 square meters per month. The plating racks are manufactured in PLAST MAC, and the parts are coated using German raw materials. The company offers solutions to suit all needs in terms of thickness and color according to international standards. The available finishes are nickel chrome plating, satin plating and satin chrome plating. Typical products include automotive grilles and decorative parts, as well as appliance components.
To serve customers better and stand out in the market, a Nickel Lab was established in 2013 to inspect the quality of the solutions used. It is equipped with a Hull Cell unit at the highest level, and the company keeps working on developing it and providing the latest equipment. The plating ponds are analyzed daily to ensure efficiency and product quality.
The process is closely connected to the injection and mold departments. Plastic parts are molded in-house, prepared, plated, and then moved to assembly or packaging without leaving the company. Combining German supervision, German materials, daily bath analysis and a dedicated laboratory, the plating department delivers finishes that meet the appearance and durability expectations of automotive and appliance customers.
