Injection technology was added in 1990 to serve the automotive feeding industries, the PLAST MAC factory was established in 2000 to expand injection capacity, and all injection machines were upgraded in 2022. Today the company operates 20 injection machines -Chinese technology, with clamping forces ranging from 90 tons up to 1080 tons. The fleet includes three 90-ton, two 120-ton, one 160-ton, one 200-ton, three 250-ton, one 320-ton, three 380-ton, two 470-ton, two 550-ton, one 750-ton and one 1080-ton Haitian machine. This range allows both small technical components and large housings to be produced in-house.

Growth has continued in recent years: a new 380-ton Haitian machine was added in 2024, followed in 2025 by three more machines of 380, 250 and 470 tons. Total production capacity is about 300 tons per month. The machines are designed to repeat the production cycle reliably, which helps reduce labor cost and error rates and saves time and cost.

They can process parts ranging from less than a gram up to 4.5 kg per cycle. A local team of experienced engineers runs the department, and every plastic component is custom made according to the customer's product specifications. The department also offers insert plastic injection molding.

The product range is broad. It includes automotive parts such as wheel covers and mud guards, household appliance parts such as washing machine front panels and vacuum cleaner bodies, and household items such as colanders, tableware, cups and hangers. Because molds, painting, plating, printing and assembly are all available inside the same company, injected parts can move directly to the next stage and reach the customer as a finished product. This integration, supported by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949 certified systems, is why leading automotive and home appliance brands rely on PLAST MAC injection.
