MOLD MAKING

The mold industry was added to the Profile Mac factory in 1993, and the company now has decades of experience in this field. It can manufacture both single-cavity and multi-cavity molds, with a production capacity for molds of all sizes, from 150 mm × 150 mm up to 2 meters (2,000 × 700 mm).

PLAST MAC therefore treats mold maintenance as a dedicated service with a professional, experienced team. The service covers all types of molds, whether they were manufactured at PLAST MAC or outside, while maintaining their basic specifications.

INJECTION

Injection technology was added in 1990 to serve the automotive feeding industries, the PLAST MAC factory was established in 2000 to expand injection capacity, and all injection machines were upgraded in 2022. Today the company operates 20 injection machines -Chinese technology, with clamping forces ranging from 90 tons up to 1080 tons.

EXTRUSION

The company started in 1989 as Profile Mac on an area of 1,500 square meters, producing extruded sections for the automotive industry, and today it offers more than 35 years of experience in this field. The department operates 9 extrusion lines built on high-tech Italian extrusion machinery.

PAINTING

At PLAST MAC the painting service uses water curtains and ovens, especially for plastic paint, to ensure the quality of the final product. The water curtain captures overspray in the spray area, and the ovens cure the paint film after application.

QUALITY LAB

To ensure the quality and the level of services, we have a special laboratory that conducts all the tests and measurements required for the raw materials, supplies and components received by the company, which will be used in the production process to ensure that they meet the required specifications.

The experts in the laboratory undertake the necessary measurements and tests on the products during the operation and before the delivery to customers to ensure that they meet the required specifications.

The tests are done through the use of a variety of devices and equipment and tools within the laboratory, including:

NICKEL LAB

In order to serve better and stand out in the market, a laboratory was established in 2013 to inspect the quality of solutions used.

The Nickel lab is equipped with the highest level of Hull Cell Unit and we are working on developing and providing the latest equipment.

The ponds are analyzed daily using German ores to ensure efficiency and product quality.

Our history

Nothing here was acquired. Each capability was added because a customer needed something we had to send elsewhere — and we decided not to send it elsewhere again.

Establishment of Profile Mac on an area of 1500 square meters for the production of sectors of extrusion used in the automotive industry.

  1. 1989 Establishment of Profile Mac on an area of 1500 square meters for the production of sectors of extrusion used in the automotive industry.
  2. 1990 Expansion in the field of automotive feeding industries by adding plastic injection machines.
  3. 1993 Adding the mold industry to Profile Mac factory.
  4. 1997 Expanding to include all the complementary industries in the field of manufacturing household appliances.
  5. 2000 Establishment of PLAST MAC factory and expansion of the injection industry on an area of 5000 m².
  6. 2004 Add services complementary to the plastic industry such as paint, printing and assembly.
  7. 2010 Adding plating function
  8. 2022 Upgrading all injection machines from model 1985 to 2022 Haitian model.
  9. 2024 The largest investment in 2024 is Buying a new factory (New Plast) with area about 1200 square meter and four floor with total used area about 6000 square meter
