What we collect, why, and how to make us delete it.
This site exists so that a manufacturer can ask us to quote a part. The only personal data we want is the data needed to answer that.

What we collect
- What you send us in a form Your name, company, country, email address, telephone number, and whatever you write in the message. On a quote request, also the part details you give us.
- What your browser sends Standard server request data, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is how the site is served and how we see that it is working.
- Nothing else We run no advertising trackers, we build no profiles, and we neither buy nor sell contact data.
Purpose
Why we hold it, and for how long
We use what you send to answer your enquiry, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of a commercial conversation.
Enquiries that do not lead to a quotation are deleted after two years. Records connected to a quotation or an order are kept for as long as Egyptian commercial and tax law requires, and then deleted. We do not use your details to send marketing you did not ask for.
Your enquiry is seen by the people at Plast Mac who need to answer it — usually engineering and commercial. This site is served by our hosting provider, and forms are protected against automated abuse by a bot-detection service. Both process request data on our behalf and neither may use it for anything else. We share, sell or transfer your data to nobody else.

- Ask what we hold We will tell you what we have about you and where it came from.
- Ask us to correct it If something we hold is wrong, we will fix it.
- Ask us to delete it We will act on it, normally within thirty days. If you ask us to delete an enquiry we are still answering, we will tell you what that means before we do it.
Cookies
Cookies and changes to this policy
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only storage it uses is what is technically necessary to serve the page and to protect a form from automated abuse.
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page, and material changes are dated so you can see that something has changed.
