A clear example is the washing machine front panel. The panel is assembled from injected and printed parts, including the main fascia, the detergent drawer front, the control knob cover, the display window and the button parts, and it is delivered as one ready-to-fit unit.
The assembly department works together with the complementary services that follow it. Functional tests are provided according to customer needs, and the final product can be checked before delivery. Packaging then completes the chain.
After assembly and successful testing, PLAST MAC provides the final product packaging service so that the product is ready for sale upon delivery. The company supplies all kinds of packaging that protect the quality of the final product, such as plastic containers, regular containers, boxes and others This service is supported by the quality laboratory, which measures and tests products during operation and before delivery, using a color box device, measuring instruments and hardness testing equipment.
