PLAST MAC's Quality Lab is equipped with a full range of devices, instruments and tools that allow the company to verify, at every stage, that its products meet the customer's requirements.
The laboratory carries out all the tests and measurements required for the raw materials, supplies and components received by the company before they enter production, so that only materials that meet the required specifications are used. Its experts then measure and test the products during operation and again before delivery to the customer, confirming that they conform to the agreed specifications.
These checks are performed using a variety of devices, including a color box device for verifying color, measuring instruments, a hardness testing device for plastic, a set of measurement equipment and parameters, and special testing tools for the products themselves.
The company also provides functional testing according to each customer's needs, so a finished part or assembly can be checked to perform as intended and not only to look right.
The same approach extends to the plating process through the dedicated Nickel Lab, established in 2013 and equipped with a high-level Hull Cell unit, where the plating solutions are inspected and the plating ponds are analyzed daily to ensure process efficiency and product quality.
Backed by a dedicated quality team and an ISO 9001 certified management system, these laboratories give PLAST MAC objective evidence that every product conforms to the customer's specifications before it leaves the factory.
