The company started in 1989 as Profile Mac on an area of 1,500 square meters, producing extruded sections for the automotive industry, and today it offers more than 35 years of experience in this field. The department operates 9 extrusion lines built on high-tech Italian extrusion machinery. The lines sizes are 1×30, 1×35, 2×45, 2×50, 2×60 and 1×70. Together they support all section sizes, and the production capacity can reach up to 100 tons per month. This range allows the company to supply small and large sections for different applications.

Extruded parts serve the automotive and household appliance sectors, which are the same customers served by the injection department. A customer can therefore source both injected and extruded components from one supplier and keep colors and specifications consistent. In 2024 the department was strengthened with an OTR-4100 four-head offline hot stamping machine dedicated to extrusion profiles, which adds decoration or marking to the profile as a separate operation after extrusion.
