We are recognized as a pioneer in Egypt and the Arab region in custom plastic Injection molding. Injection molding is the traditional way of plastic parts fabrication and one of the most commonly used processes. This technique is used to make fast production to large quantities of products. It is a one manufacturing process that yields a wide variety of products that vary in their size, complexity, and application. The injection molding is used in different applications especially Automotive and home appliances.

We are proud that we have a local team of experienced engineers in this field in addition to having Italian-made injection quality machines, that produces different sizes and capacities from 60 tons to 1300 tons and the production capacity to 300 tons per month. Our injection molding machines are designed to replicate to help reduce labor costs and reduce error rates saving time and cost. The production capacity of the cast per cycle ranges from less than a gram, up to 4 kg per cycle
